Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dhk77 ("dhk77", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the website located at dhk77.app and all associated services, game products, sports betting markets, payment facilities, promotions, and customer support channels operated under the dhk77 brand.

By completing the registration process, accessing any game, placing any bet, or making any deposit on the dhk77 platform, you confirm unequivocally that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the dhk77 platform and close your account.

dhk77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The dhk77 platform is intended exclusively for adult players. To register and maintain an account on dhk77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of products and services on dhk77, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. dhk77 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at registration or at any subsequent point during the account relationship.

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one account on the dhk77 platform. The deliberate creation of multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple welcome bonuses, circumvent account restrictions, or for any other purpose — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all affected accounts being permanently closed and all associated balances and pending withdrawals being forfeited.

• You must provide a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. This number will be used for SMS OTP two-factor authentication, withdrawal confirmations, and important account communications.
• Your account password must be kept confidential at all times. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact dhk77 support immediately via Live Chat or WhatsApp so that your account can be secured without delay.
• dhk77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (national ID, passport, or other government-issued photo ID) before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

Deposits & Withdrawals

dhk77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are supported on the platform:

All funds deposited into your dhk77 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are strictly prohibited. dhk77 reserves the right to return any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from an account held in the player's own name, and to suspend the receiving account pending investigation.

• Deposits are credited to your dhk77 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. dhk77 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval by the dhk77 payments team. Withdrawals above certain thresholds require completion of KYC verification before the first payment is released.
• dhk77 reserves the right to impose transaction limits, request source-of-funds documentation, or delay withdrawal processing where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• dhk77 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. Any payment made via cryptocurrency will not be credited and cannot be returned.

Bonus & Promotional Terms

dhk77 offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, seasonal offers, and other incentive schemes to registered players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions on dhk77 unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from the wagering of bonus funds may be withdrawn, and only after the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet staked; live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates for each game category are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the bonus expiry period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• dhk77 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered by players in good standing.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through collusion, use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy that dhk77 determines to constitute bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the dhk77 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the fair operation of the platform for all players. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information at registration, during KYC verification, or in any communication with dhk77 staff.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the dhk77 platform.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any other technology to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or vulnerability in the platform for financial gain. Players who discover a bug must report it immediately to support and must not use it to place bets or generate winnings.
• Engaging in collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, if you are aware of such a prohibition.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing dhk77 customer support staff or other platform users in any communication channel.

dhk77 employs continuous monitoring systems designed to detect prohibited conduct. Where a breach is identified, dhk77 may take immediate action including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, reversal of withdrawals under investigation, and permanent account closure. dhk77 may also report suspicious activity to relevant financial authorities where legally required to do so.

Account Suspension & Closure

Either party may initiate the closure of a dhk77 player account. The process and consequences of closure differ depending on whether the closure is player-initiated or platform-initiated.

• Player-initiated closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting dhk77's 24/7 Live Chat support team. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your nominated payment method after standard KYC checks are completed. Bonus balances and associated pending winnings are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless the applicable wagering requirement has already been met in full.
• Platform-initiated suspension: dhk77 reserves the right to suspend your account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity misrepresentation, or any other conduct that poses a risk to the platform or other players. During a suspension period, access to account funds may be restricted pending investigation.
• Platform-initiated permanent closure: Where an investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms, dhk77 may permanently close the account and forfeit the entire balance. Decisions made following a completed investigation are final.
• Self-exclusion closure: Players who initiate self-exclusion via the responsible gaming tools in their account settings, or who request self-exclusion through the support team, will have their account permanently closed. The self-exclusion is irreversible. Any real-money balance held at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the deposit source after verification.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dhk77 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and game providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the dhk77 platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from:

• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.
• Errors in game display, odds presentation, or bet settlement caused by software faults, which dhk77 reserves the right to correct once identified, including the reversal of incorrectly settled bets.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to payment service providers, banking partners, or telecommunications infrastructure outside dhk77's direct control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials or from unauthorised access to your account where dhk77 was not at fault.
• Any gambling losses incurred through normal use of the platform. Gambling inherently involves financial risk and dhk77 provides no guarantee of profit to any player.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude dhk77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by dhk77's own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. dhk77's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to their dhk77 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which dhk77 is incorporated. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the dhk77 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
